Today, we lay to rest our first service design concept ‘IOU’ which was intended to help friends and family manage the little lending and borrowing that happens casually. We came to the conclusion together that despite the lovely video prototype we had created the idea was far too plain and simply unworthy of 2 more weeks of time.
So we set ‘IOU’ aside, sat in a quiet circle for about half an hour which seemed an appropriate time to mourn and then moved on. Onwards to the next idea and the next till we reach a place we like…
