When I was out and about in the city offering people cupcakes, I met Christopher from Din Baghave (which means ‘Your Backyard’ in Danish) which is a very exciting young company that sources and sells vegetables from farms around Copenhagen. They are all about local, seasonal food.
I’m really excited to spend some time with them and perhaps even do some experiments with them if they are willing.
